Over the past many years, I have tried to capture the extraordinary times of our youth. I was not successful, but I didn't understand why. Several years ago, I was having dinner with Chris Warne in San Francisco. He told me a story I had never heard before (I thought, "Is that even possible?!") Not only is it possible, it represented the tip of an iceberg of perspectives and memories that no one of us could have possibly done by alone - even Johnny Beggins, our own of the  Encyclopedia Queens Villaca.

I realized I needed everyone to participate and I needed them to tell our story in their words. So this site is a collection, unedited (except I've changed "gonna" to "going to" and remove many of the "you know"'s to clean up the New Yorker in all of us) interviews.  In addition to listening to the interviews, you can also read any of the transcripts, or the entire series in the collected transcripts. They speak for themselves. I love you all.
